My overall experience has been amazing. From browsing to ordering to unboxing!!! That entire "customer journey experience" is what will make me a repeat customer. The only thing I didn't find while browsing was actual nighttime photos of the reflective strips on the Faro jacket. I've used the jacket multiple times now on early morning & night time rides and I feel safe and warm. 10 out of 10 guys!!!!

Disappointed with fit. I ordered a small fitted me in all respects except the sleeves which were 5cm to long. Quality good sizing not so good.

I am a big guy and have a tendency to sweat a lot . Just completed the 360ne . The Jacket was ok , but it got wet on the inside very quickly and it stayed that way for the whole night's riding .

Congrats on completing the 360ne! Unfortunately, the jacket is only externally coated with the water resistant treatment to assist with rain or wheel spray. We designed the jacket to withstand colder temperatures, thus lining the inner with a brushed fleece. This does a great job of keeping moisture out but you are correct that although warm, it is not meant to repel moisture internally.
Sweating on the bike is not a bad thing - you're working hard! We'd recommend trying out one of our Drirelease baselayers to assist with moisture wicking and temperature regulation - they work incredibly well in both warm and cold temperatures.
