CIOVITA is seeking a highly motivated and creative Content and Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling, a strong understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to conceptualize and direct our photographers and videographers to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This role will be responsible for developing and executing our digital content and social media strategies to increase brand awareness, and engagement, and drive online and in-store sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, email campaigns, and more. (We work with a number of professional photographers and videographers who'll need to be clearly briefed and directed to deliver the required level of content.)
● Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
● Manage and schedule social media posts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
● Develop and manage all paid media campaigns on Google and the Meta Suite.
● Manage visual content (photos and videos) used on the CIOVITA websites.
● Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
● Monitor social media trends, track KPIs, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy and drive continuous improvement.
● Plan and execute social media campaigns and competitions/promotions to increase follower growth, engagement and conversions.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
● Collaborate with ambassadors and partners to expand reach and brand visibility.
● Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with marketing and product release schedules.
● Prepare monthly reports on the digital performance of all platforms and campaigns.
● Stay informed about the latest SEO principles and apply them to content creation to improve organic search visibility.
● Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies that maintain consistent brand messaging.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

● Increase in social media followers and engagement rates.
● Growth in website traffic originating from social media platforms.
● Conversion rates for social media-driven traffic.
● Number of successful social media campaigns and their impact on brand metrics.
● Maintain and improve quality and consistency of digital content produced.

REQUIREMENTS

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven work experience as a Digital Content or Social Media Manager, preferably in the sports apparel industry.
● Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Proficiency in graphic design tools and video editing software is a plus. (Adobe suite, Canva etc.)
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
● Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization.
● Creativity and ability to generate new and innovative ideas.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Passion for cycling and the outdoors

● Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, gather customer feedback, and provide insights to optimize communication strategies.
● Development of monthly business reports
