CIOVITA is looking for a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our design studio team. The position requires creating designs for custom cycling apparel, using our software. Taking direction from the client’s brief, applying creative ideas to our custom apparel range, managing his/her own print tests with the print room, and doing quality checks to ensure we meet both the customer's and production’s needs.
DUTIES AND DELIVERABLES
- Create cycling apparel designs for customers according to their briefs.
- Make the required changes until a design is approved.
- Manage your workflow to ensure all deadlines are met.
- Do print tests to ensure the colors match the approved artwork.
- Redraw logos where required.
- Prepare artwork for print according to printer specifications.
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Advanced skillset in Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- A methodical and precise approach to work and an ability to work around tight deadlines.
- An extremely good eye and attention to detail.
- Good time management.
- Good organizational skills.
- Ability to follow design instructions according to a brief.
- You will need to be creative and come up with relevant designs in the event that a customer needs assistance or doesn’t have a design in mind.

- Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design.

As a fit model, you will work closely with our design and production team members to test the fit, comfort, and functionality of our apparel. This is not a photoshoot role but a hands-on position to ensure CIOVITA maintains its reputation delivering the highest quality fit and performance to all cyclists.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Attend fit sessions to provide feedback on how garments feel and perform.
● Collaborating with the design team to refine patterns and garments.
● Assisting in quality checks by wearing and testing new samples.
● Communicating effectively about comfort, range of motion, and fit issues.

The Grader/Marker Maker is responsible for converting garment patterns into different sizes (grading) and preparing accurate markers that maximize fabric utilization (marker making). Key Responsibilities:
● Grade base garment patterns into various sizes according to design specifications and size charts.
