The suitable individual will need to deal directly with walk-in customers and manage transactions accurately and efficiently. The chosen candidate will be a competitive Sales Assistant, who will assist customers to identify and purchase products they desire.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintain a fully stocked store
Ascertain customers’ needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes
Be actively involved in the receiving of new stock
Keep up to date with product information
Accurately describe product features and benefits
Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate
Collect payments whether in cash or credit
Issue receipts, refunds, or changes.

Experience in retail sales
