Non-sale Returns

Simply enter your email and your order number. Do not include the RSA prefix. Please use the same email address used to place your order. It is possible that old orders may not be found. If you have any issues, please contact us together with your order number in the subject line at info@ciovita.com

Black Friday Returns

Final date for 2025 Black Friday return approval is 08 December. These returns must be received at our warehouse by 12 December 2025 in order to be actioned before our closure period.


All returns submitted online after 08 December will only be approved to be returned in January 2026. All BFCM returns must be initiated within 14 days from their delivery.


Our receiving warehouse will be closed from 15 December and any parcels delivered will be returned to sender.

Where possible, please return your item to one of our stores for faster support during this period (Stellenbosch, Woodstock, Broadacres).

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above & click "Submit"
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • There are no charges for returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if a return is made on a promotional product (such as sales).
  • They must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. For clothing, unwashed and unworn.

  • FREE GIFTS OR PROMOTIONAL ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE!
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification.
  • Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method used on the original purchase. This should reflect back in your account within 5-7 working days.
