Returns are easy, fill out the form below to start the process.

Simply enter your email and your order number. Do not include the RSA prefix. Please use the same email address used to place your order. It is posible that old orders may not be found. If you have any issues, please contact us together with your order number in the subject line at info@ciovita.com

HOW DO I RETURN?

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above & click "Submit"
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

WHAT IS THE COST OF RETURNS?

  • There are no charges for returns.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if a return is made on a promotional product (such as sales).

WHAT ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE?

  • You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
  • They must be in original condition and returned in original packaging.For clothing, unwashed and unworn.

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification.
  • Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method used on the original purchase. This should reflect back in your account within 5-7 working days.
