For Mid-Year Sale Returns please use the form below.
All Sale items have a 14 day return period from the date of receipt.
Sale items are not applicable for free return and must be posted in their original packaging, unworn and in resellable condition.
Sale items are eligible for refund to original payment method or refund to store credit.
For convenience, items may also be returned at our Stellenbosch, Woodstock or Broadacres store.

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
- There are no charges for returns.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping if a return is made on a promotional product (such as sales).
- They must be in original condition and returned in original packaging. For clothing, unwashed and unworn.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification.
- Your refund will be processed back to the same payment method used on the original purchase. This should reflect back in your account within 5-7 working days.
