Danielle has enjoyed being active from a young age. She actively participated in team and individual sports during her school days and found cycling to be particularly rewarding and humbling. She firmly believes that what you put in is what you get out. 

Danielle is a South African mountain bike racer to watch. One of her most memorable achievements has been going to XCO World Champs in 2016 and 2021. Aside from this, she has achieved impressive results racing locally across Southern Africa. 

Apart from cycling Danielle enjoys engaging in DIY projects with her dad and boyfriend, Pieter. Together they share a business called Revine, specialising in designing and building wine racks. Additionally, Danielle has a passion for baking and considers herself a baker at heart. Dad jokes and her dog, Pickle, never fails to bring a smile to her face.
