At the start of Lockdown 2020 we challenged our fans to express their love of cycling by submitting their own designs. Over 200 entries later this is our first winning jersey.

We received hundreds of entries for the competition and the difficult task of selecting a winner fell to our inhouse design department. At the end of the day there were just too many designs they loved, so instead of one winner, we chose four.
Once the winners were selected our designers needed to take the submitted designs and turn them into something we could practically produce. Distilling a concept down into its most important parts and adapting the idea to the complexities of the printing process.
Digital colours and printed colours use different systems, so we go through a painstaking process involving test prints, pantone books and state of the art software to get the colour looking exactly as it should.
Our printing process uses heat to transfer the prints onto the fabric. When the panels are setup for transfer the ink looks much darker and lightens when the heat activates it. It's a genuine case of art and science meeting.
Our printing team have knocked it out the park again! With our panels printed onto different sets of high performance fabric, we are ready to begin the construction of the jersey.
Our jerseys are precision stitched in our own factory by our team of highly skilled machinists. A large percentage of this team has been working in the textile industry for decades and are now passing their skills and knowledge on to a new generation.
We know that it's the little things that make the big difference. Our rigorous QA process ensures that everything is exactly as it should be before the jersey gets our stamp of approval.
We create custom kit for teams, clubs and corporates using a similar system to the one show here. If you would like to find out more about custom kit, see the link below.
